Application Form

If you have viewed a property you wish to rent before we can accept you as a potential tenant you will be required to complete an application Form.

This information is required for the purposes of assessing your eligibility as a tenant.

One form should be completed for every intending adult tenant.

Notice to leave

Upon receiving  notice Go Property Management Ltd will issue you with a Vacate Acknowledgement Letter outlining the amount of rent payable to the end of of the tenancy date.

Please ensure that the property is presented back to Go Property Management Ltd  in the same condition that it was given to you at the start of the tenancy so as to eliminate any confusion over bond refund.

Your Property Manager will arrange a final inspection to help the vacating process.

Bond refund is processed once your property manager has checked over your property.  Please sign a bond refund form.
