CASUAL INSPECTIONS sERVICE
For when you don't need full management!
We can conduct inspections only, you get our expertise, experience & advice. You collect your rent and only hire us when you want an inspection.
Your inspections are required quarterly with most insurance companies and failing to do them could result in them not paying out on claims so using this service may work for you rather than the usual full management service which we also offer.
We contact the tenant directly to organise the inspections, and you just let them know we will be doing this by cc us into the email you send them. It's always good to let them know an inspection is a requirement for insurance purposes.
A key is required for inspections. You are also required to advise tenant that Go Property Management will be contacting them to arrange an inspection.
You will be sent an inspection report complete with photos and comments via email.
We are also available to conduct lettings, organise drug testing and any other job would like on a casual basis.
Just complete the rental inspections only form and send to us. Our clients have access to our trades partners.
12 MONTH INSPECTION CONTRACT
$220 + GST - Per quarterly inspection $250 + GST - Per six monthly inspection (Please check your insurance on this option)
$350 + GST - Entry inspection
$350 + GST - Final inspection
$20 + GST - Addtional for landlord to attend
WITHOUT INSPECTION CONTRACT
$250 + GST - One off Inspection$400 + GST - Entry inspection
$400 + GST - Final inspection
$20 + GST - Addtional for landlord to attend
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
Legally if you leave the country for 21 days or longer you must appoint an agent.You can appoint Go Property Management Ltd as your agent when you are away starting at $60 + GST per week, or try our comprehensive Full Property Management service.
OTHER COSTS
All cancellations of inspections booked and authorised by the landlord will incur a charge of $50 + GST
Inspections outside of Tauranga city limits may incur a travel fee of $35 + GST
